Scope and current status
This Privacy Policy covers the kairosMuse marketing website and the planned kairosMuse Chrome extension. kairosMuse is an early-access creator tool designed to help a user turn the context of a page they choose into drafts, hooks, adaptations, and content plans.
The marketing page is currently a product preview. The Chrome extension is not yet publicly distributed from the Chrome Web Store. Before that release, this policy will be updated to match the extension’s verified permissions, providers, and data flows.
Information handled by this website
Preferences stored on your device
The site uses browser local storage to remember your language choice. In the current preview, a waitlist email is also stored only in your browser because no central waitlist endpoint is connected.
Waitlist information
When a production waitlist service is connected, the form is designed to send your email address, selected language, and “landing” as the signup source to that service. The production policy will identify the provider and retention period before collection begins.
Technical requests
A hosting provider may receive standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamp, and error logs to deliver and secure the site. The hero backdrop is currently loaded from ImageKit, which may receive similar technical request data. The current site does not include an analytics SDK, advertising pixel, or marketing cookie.
Information the extension is designed to handle
The planned single purpose of kairosMuse is to help creators generate and adapt content from context they actively choose. Features may need the following information:
- Content, URL, title, and visible context from the active page when you invoke a relevant feature.
- Your prompts, instructions, drafts, edits, and chosen output platform.
- Creator preferences such as language, tone, saved voice, and workflow settings.
- Account or subscription details if accounts and paid plans are introduced.
- Operational events and error information needed to keep the requested feature reliable and secure.
These are intended product behaviors, not a verified inventory of a released extension. The final privacy disclosure and Chrome Web Store Privacy practices will list every collected category and permission before launch.
How information is used
Information will be used only to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the disclosed creator features; remember settings; respond to support requests; manage early access; prevent abuse; and comply with law. Page context and browsing activity will not be collected for unrelated profiling, data brokerage, credit decisions, or personalized advertising.
Where an AI provider is necessary to produce an output you request, only the information needed for that request should be transmitted. The provider’s name, purpose, retention behavior, and any training controls will be disclosed before live processing begins.
Sharing and human access
Information may be shared only with service providers needed to operate the requested feature, protect security, comply with law, or complete a legitimate business transfer. kairosMuse does not sell browser activity or user content and does not share it for personalized advertising.
Human access to user content will be restricted to cases where you give consent for specific support, access is required to investigate abuse or a security incident, the law requires it, or information has been aggregated and de-identified for internal operations.
Chrome Web Store Limited Use
The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
kairosMuse will request the narrowest browser permissions needed for its currently available features and will prominently disclose all data collection. If data handling changes after installation, affected users will be informed before the new practice applies.

Retention and security
Local preview preferences remain on your device until you clear site data. Once server-side services are introduced, information will be kept only as long as needed for the stated purpose, legal requirements, security, and dispute resolution. Specific production retention periods and deletion timelines will be published before collection begins.
Personal or sensitive data will be transmitted using HTTPS or equivalent modern encryption. Access will be limited to people and systems that need it. No service can guarantee perfect security, but kairosMuse will maintain safeguards proportionate to the information handled.
Your choices and rights
- Clear this site’s local storage through your browser settings.
- Choose not to submit a waitlist email or unsubscribe from future messages.
- Review, revoke, or narrow extension site permissions in Chrome.
- Stop processing by closing, disabling, or uninstalling the extension.
- Request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection where applicable law grants those rights.
Identity verification may be required before completing a data request. A monitored privacy contact will be added here and to the Chrome Web Store listing before public release.
Children, international use, changes, and contact
kairosMuse is not directed to children under 13 or below the minimum digital-consent age in their location. Production providers may process information in countries different from yours; applicable transfer safeguards will be described when those providers are finalized.
Material policy changes will be shown on this page by updating the effective date. When required, users will receive a prominent notice before changed data practices apply. Until a dedicated support address is published, early-access participants can use the reply address in their invitation email.
