Agreement to these Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to the kairosMuse website, waitlist, beta program, and Chrome extension when available (together, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service and early access
kairosMuse is designed to help creators understand user-selected page context and create, adapt, and plan content from it. Features shown on the marketing site may be synthetic demonstrations, prototypes, or planned capabilities.
During beta, features may change, be limited, become unavailable, or contain errors. Access may be rolled out gradually and does not guarantee a specific launch date, feature set, price, or continued availability.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and meet the minimum digital-consent age in your location. If you use kairosMuse for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
If accounts are introduced, you are responsible for accurate information, keeping credentials secure, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe access has been compromised.
Your content and AI-generated output
You retain ownership of content you provide and of any rights you may have in eligible output. You grant kairosMuse only the limited permission needed to process that content, operate the feature you request, secure the Service, and meet legal obligations.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to use page content, prompts, brand materials, and connected accounts. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, similar to other output, or unsuitable for a particular platform. You are responsible for reviewing facts, rights, disclosures, platform rules, and final content before using or publishing it.
kairosMuse will not intentionally publish externally without the approval flow described in the product interface, but you remain responsible for actions you approve.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- Break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or impersonate another person.
- Create or distribute malware, phishing, spam, deceptive engagement, or content designed to harm others.
- Bypass safeguards, platform restrictions, rate limits, security controls, or access permissions.
- Collect sensitive information without authorization or use browser access for undisclosed surveillance.
- Reverse engineer, resell, overload, or interfere with the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Additional safety limits may apply to specific AI-powered features.
Browser permissions and third-party services
Some features may require permission to access the active page or connect to a third-party platform. Grant only permissions you are comfortable with; Chrome lets you review or revoke site access. Third-party websites, AI providers, social platforms, and the Chrome Web Store have their own terms and policies.
kairosMuse is not sponsored, endorsed by, or affiliated with the social platforms shown in product examples. We are not responsible for third-party availability, policy changes, content, or account decisions.
Plans, payments, cancellation, and refunds
No paid plan is currently offered through this landing-page preview. Before charging users, kairosMuse will clearly present the price, included limits, billing period, renewal behavior, cancellation method, taxes, and refund terms before purchase. Joining the waitlist does not create a payment obligation.
kairosMuse ownership and feedback
The Service, brand, software, interface, and original materials—excluding your content and third-party materials—belong to kairosMuse or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.
If you provide suggestions, you allow kairosMuse to use them without restriction or payment, but you do not transfer ownership of confidential materials merely by sharing feedback.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. kairosMuse may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, address security or technical risk, or respond to a material violation of these Terms. Where practical, notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue will be provided.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the early-access Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” kairosMuse does not promise uninterrupted operation or that AI output will be accurate, unique, lawful, or suitable for your purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kairosMuse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of content, revenue, goodwill, or opportunity arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Applicable law, changes, and contact
Applicable law governs these Terms, including any mandatory consumer protections where you live. The operator’s legal identity, governing jurisdiction, and dispute forum will be identified before a paid public launch.
We may update these Terms as the Service develops. Material changes will be shown by updating the effective date and, when required, providing additional notice. Until a dedicated support address is published, early-access participants can use the reply address in their invitation email.
